Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 391237.

At the end of the old Lynn Boards at the crossroads to the Old Sutton Road the safety gate at the end has been damaged for a very long time although it has been repeatedly reported it is still outstanding. Why?
