Base of column badly corroded

Whilst my dog was releiving himself on the column i noticed that the column was badly corroded at ground level and a hole in it. See photo. Just reporting as someone should have a look at it relatively quickly as it might fail in high winds. There was not an option for this so picked closest. Also not sure picked right streetlight but second photograph shows which it is.
