Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road/cycleway category by FRANK ASH ( retired county highways employee ) at 16:05, Friday 19 March 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 392539.
Why did the County Council allow the District Council to build hard standings for parking in front of the bungalows on the B1190. This has destroyed the visibility splay that previously existed when the bungalows were first sited. Thus compromising the safety at the junction.
Thank you for your report. We will investigate and make an update to this report within 14 days.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we have inspected and exited the junction onto Main Road and the visibility in and out of the junction highlighted at the Park Lane end of Main Road is adequate. Thank you for reporting this matter.
