Damaged grass verge

Reported via desktop in the Manhole/drain cover on pavement/verge category anonymously at 16:55, Wed 24 March 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 393057.

The lorry that parks on what was a grass verge outside 106 sea road chapel has churned up the verge and has now put loose clippings on the verge. Underneath all this is a man hole cover which is now hidden The lorry should not park there as obstructs the view for other motorists leaving or wanting to come down the lane. The grass should be reinstated and perhaps something to stop the lorry from parking there.

  • The lorry continues to use this area as a parking spot, the vehicle is NOT taxed and has NO MOT which will mean its insurance is void that is if it even has any. They also park a car on the footpath outside 108 which has caused damage to the footpath and makes crossing the road very dangerous to children, mums with prams, and anybody who has trouble with mobility
