Unacceptable uneven road surface on a pedestrian crossing.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 393303.

Slip and trip hazards due to sunken and raised patchwork surface. Little or no anti skid surface remaining combined with worn out road safety markings. Lincolnshire County Council Highways Dept aware of the issue since September 2016 and it needs to be attended to now, repair works are shown as 'planned' for this year, if so, when?
