Potholes on piece of road that has been widened in the past

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 393685.

There are potholes on Camp Road at the junction from Moor Lane, Norton Lane, which have been there for some months. They are where the road has been widened in the past and the edges have deteriorated. There is a lot of heavy traffic on this road which I don't think Highways really appreciate and this is not helping the condition of the roads in this area. Please assess and repair.
