Please note that no report has been filed, in response to the initial report on the 8th April. Further to which, commercial Waste Bins, including one from Boston Borough Council, are still being illegally stored on the public highway, obstructing access to Boston Butterfly Trust shop and the residents of 5 Angel Court. Crucially, the bins represent a serious fire risk and would prevent access for emergency vehicles.

Please note that no response has been filed to either the initial report on the 8th April or subsequent report on the 7th October. The serious problem of illegal storage of commercial waste on the Highway within Angel Court is persisting (see photo taken 22/10/21). One of the Bins, owned and managed by Boston Borough Council full of flammable cardboard is illegally positioned on the public highway directly beneath a fire escape! (See 2nd photo attached). I await receipt of a response as soon as possible.
