Large pothole the council refuses to fix!

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 395063.

Deteriorating road surface and large pothole which is clearly several meters in area and in the middle (at its deepest point) is clearly deeper than 40mm. Has been reported many times over the years, but the council does not fix this long term issue? I suspect it's because it's cheaper for them not to fix the problem because this section of road is used to access the adjacent Aldi supermarket and it is also in close proximity to the level crossing, so would involve traffic sequencing issues.
