Metal railing bent outwards into road

Reported via desktop in the Damaged/missing pedestrian guardrail category anonymously at 12:14, Wednesday 21 April 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 395064.

Metal railing on the bridge is bent outwards into the road due to image with vehicle. This is extremely dangerous to cyclists who might be boxed in by cars when crossing the bridge because it protrudes nearly half a meter into the road, it could easily catch on handlebars and/or clothing.
