Poor rectification following work outside property

Following some recent works undertaken by outside our property

During the work we were assured by the contractors that the path areas would be ‘made good’. However, without labouring the point, they’ve left it in a shocking state. Not least that the tarmac channel no where near matches, but also potholes where their machinery has been (a huge liability from someone’s perspective I suspect, because my children regularly run and scoot down there).
