The road narrows bollard is detached from the ground
Reported via desktop in the Bollards (unlit) category anonymously at 09:59, Friday 30 April 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 395620.
The unlit "Road Narrows" bollard is detatached from its anchorage. At 09:50 this morning it was lying in the road as a traffic hazard. I picked it up and leant it against the street furniture give way sign but if a big vehicle is passing the draught will put it back into the road. It has been loose for some time but is now completely free of its moirings.

An officer has visited the location and a decision to remove the bollard permanently has been made. It has been reset a number of times in the past following reports of vandalism. The approach to the priority system has been assessed and the remaining signs and white lines are deemed adequate. No further action is needed Thank you for reporting this matter.
