Whole Of Road holed

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 395749.

The whole on Mercia drive up to Charles Ave is pothole ridden. Cars are swerving to avoid them, and that includes outside the Primary School. This is very dangerous and I can only hope no child is involved in an accident soon

  • We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • The waiting for “Fault deterioration” will end up with a driver watching out and driving around potholes rather than looking out for children running across the road. So when that happens, best someone is prepared to explain to some kids parents

  • When are these pot holes going to be done reported months ok there are getting burger and deeper by the week this is not safe especially out side a school they need sorting before a child gets heard
