The Plastic Direction/Lane Bollards , not secured , not light up

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 395891.

The central Directional / Lane Bollards , not lighting up , fallen , over , in secure , the central islands are in darkness , basically very dangerous in the dark , the issue has been like this for well over a year , 2 bollards were replaced in the last 6 weeks , fell over within a couple of days , the fixings in the ground are very old , rusty and not fit for purpose , plus do not light up the bollards
