Old and redundant roadworks signs littering verges
Reported via desktop in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 10:11, Friday 7 May 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396075.
On the road from Claypole to Long Bennington via Dry Doddington and Westborough there are numerous old temporary roadworks signs and bollards littering the verges. Some relate to the recent roadsurfacing, some to flooding in the winter and some are just old metal frames with the signs lying in nearby hedges. There are also similar signs at the corner of Shire Lane and the Great North Road. As these signs are no longer needed could they please be removed as not only do they spoil verges and hedges but they also encourage littering and fly tipping.
