Reported via iOS in the Manhole/drain cover on road/cycleway category anonymously at 17:39, Monday 10 May 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396326.
This manhole cover on the B1189 outside 73 Lincoln Road, MetherIngham is detaching when traffic passes over it. Apart fro the dreadful noise generated the cover physically jumps up as traffic passes over it by about 4” and it is only a matter of time before the lid collapses altogether and causes an accident. I believe this is a foul drain cover.
Thank you for your report. We will investigate and make an update to this report within 14 days.
