Concrete capping been knocked off on railway bridge

The concrete capping has bee deliberately knocked off. 1/2 is over the bridge on the floor one side and the other half the other side. Must have occurred in the last week. Its left breeze blocks and red brick exposed which rain will pool into and cause deeper structural damage.
