Broken/loose pathway surface
Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 11:40, Wed 12 May 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396467.
The pathway outside numbers 6 and 8 Robertson Avenue, Leasingham, is in a poor condition. There are many holes in it and areas where the surface has broken away completely which pose a trip hazard to pedestrians. This problem has been reported on several occasions previously, but the repairs just involve "patching" which do not last very long at all. The only solution is to do a proper repair which involves removing the top 3/4" of tarmac and relaying new tarmac and compacting with a roller. This has been requested many times before, but still only poor repairs get carried out. This is not cost effective and is a waste of tax payers money. Please can you fix this issue properly.
