The street outside our house is very uneven, resulting in a twisted ankle and our children falling over multiple times and cutting their knees etc.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396603.
It’s been similar to this since we moved here but seems to have got worse and worse. There is a thin strip of flat tarmac but hardly Enough to walk on. The whole lot needs a proper tarmac on it to be safe

This is not adopted highway, this is the passage path to properties at the end of Cranwell Street, we assume it has shared ownership between properties, but it's not ours to maintain. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
