Vegetation has overgrown

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 13:17, Tuesday 18 May 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 396867.

The steps between Lindum avenue and Lindum Terrace have become overgrown with weeds and vegetation and will soon cover both sides of the steps making them inaccessible. It has been getting worse with the heavy rains lately. The grass area between the steps both sides is cut regularly but the steps are ignored. The weeds are at waist height and higher in places. It is the steps at the college end that is overgrown

    State changed to: Investigating

  • Received an email 27th May saying status changed to investigating - almost 2 weeks on and nothing has happened. It is like a jungle on the steps and some weeds are above the railing height by a good foot. The left hand side is unusable, with the right not fart behind. They have already started meeting up in places. This is a health hazard and a public right of way!! Try getting your house in order before sending out letters to private owners of enclosed gardens about thier garden with a specified time scale.
