Muddy slippery path

Good afternoon, I would like to bring to your attention the state of the foot path cycle lane that runs along the side of the A17 between Boston Road South roundabout and Park Road. Today I slipped up on this footpath because it’s become very muddy and slippery following the tree trimming work carried out last year. Has the council got any plans to correct this as there are a lot of residents and children use it for walking to school. P.S I have attached some photos.
