Pothole on pavement/verge problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 292167.

Incident date: 01/05/2021. The claimant was out walking with his wife. As the claimant was walking past 5 Macmillan avenue, his foot went down into the pothole. The claimant fell to the ground and thought he had twisted his ankle.
The claimant's ankle proceeded to swell and was getting more painful. The claimant then attended to hospital and was advised he had suffered a fracture.
