Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category by Stuart Doughty at 21:33, Sunday 30 May 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 397793.
LCC have known of this problem for several years. We are always told there are no funds available yet the path is regularly by Mums with pushchairs and pensioners. This path runs parallel to a very busy main road in / out of Spalding and sooner or later there's going to be an accident. LCC please take note!!!
Thank you for your report. We will investigate and make an update to this report within 14 days.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Unfortunately estimates to support the bank and rebuild the footway are at £250000, this does not represent value for money when compared to other needs across the county. Warnings signs are in place to advise motorists of pedestrians in the road. We do appreciate the concerns but resources are limited. Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: No further action
