Numerous deep Potholes at top of close

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 398137.
There are more appearing each day and aren’t avoidable. They are causing damage to passing vehicles as there’s so many of them.

We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.

These holes are unacceptable. They are simply refilled every year only to find the holes growing in size and numbers every year.
I am a disabled person and suffered a nasty fall when I did not see one of the holes when crossing the road.
I have reported this to the lincs County Councillor at our last parish council meeting and he suggests that a full survey needs to be undertaken to understand why these so called repairs keep failing. The holes also have spread to outside the farm to the left of forge close

Please advise on plans to repair the area around forge close and brigg Road please.
The road melts in hot weather and the heavy machinery from the farm compounds the problem. Clearly the wrong type of material is being used to repair these roads
