Uneven broken footpath

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 398253.

LN11 0XF Footpath outside Fulstow Village Hall has collapsed and is uneven a lady in a wheel chair being push a long the footpath was tipped up the area of about 8' need resurfacing. Previously you stated this was not a danger and mentioned the gravel would make if difficult to get to the village hall. The access to village hall is not the issue it is the broken and uneven footpath surface on the highway

  • We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. The issue has mainly been caused by the encroachment of gravel from the car park onto the public highway then damaged by vehicle movements on and off the car park. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
