Extensive pothole/damage to the road by the start of the 40mph sign

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 398982.

The road surface around the 40 mph sign as you travel toward Gainsborough is in a terrible condition. this is causing drivers to cross over onto the wrong side on the carriage way to avoid. this problem has been an issue for around 4 months and is deteriorating significantly over time.
