This property (76 Six House Bank, West Pinchbeck) is empty and their hedging has totally covered the footpath. There is no pavement on the opposite side of the road as an alternative therefore pedestrians have to walk in the road to pass. This route is used by many children to walk to and from primary school and to school bus stops. Traffic is often speeding. This has been ongoing obstruction for a few years but becomes worse in the summer months with faster growth. It is hedging and stinging nettles.
