Thank you for your enquiry. After a recent visit to site we acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition and as such, the road has been included in part of a larger scheme for it to be resurfaced. In the meantime, we have assessed the faults in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan. We will continue to monitor the site as part of our routine inspections of the highway and will carry out the necessary repairs to areas which fall within intervention levels. A job has been raised for a road sweeper to attend to sweep any loose debris. In regards to the lining, the hazard marking line in the centre of the carriageway is still present however, the 'give way' markings will need to be refreshed once the road has been resurfaced in the upcoming scheme as the carriageway currently won't accept this due to the condition of the surface. Thank you for reporting this matter.
