Street lights to make feel safe

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 399351.

Lights turning off at 12 leaving street very dark and leaving the elderly feeling uneasy and many now getting cctv due to robbers trying to get into cars. Please turn lights on all way through night .
