Street lighting installation has damaged foul drain

Yesterday I had my property underpinned and part of that included a drainage survey. The picked up a blockage/collapsed drain at the end of the front garden. After digging down to expose the drain it looks like the street light has been installed on top of the clay drain and could well of damaged the pipe. The property has been empty for several years so it hasn’t been an issue until now.
