Uneven and broken pavement
Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 18:15, Wed 23 June 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 17 hours, 6 minutes later. Council ref: 399575.
I reported the drop curb and pavement outside the property where I live as being broken, uneven and has missing tarmac that is down to the soil and has missing curb stones this was at 14:56, Tuesday 16 March 2021. Also that this is very slippery due to the amount of loose gravel and broken tarmac, and that I had taken a fall. I received a response as below to which I replied to at 19:19, Wednesday 24 March 2021 again see below and have since received no acknowledgement to this, other than my neighbour stating that someone has been out from LCC to inspect and measure the pavement approximately 3 weeks ago they also made inquiries as to the driveways and paths belonged to? can you please provide me with an update Regards Gina
LCC Response: We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: No further action

My response: Hi can I ask that the site is visited to assess the footpath , the photos do not show the severity of the deterioration this is the only access from my property and is dangerous. No further action is an unsatisfactory response at this stage and what does further deterioration mean the tarmac is already down to the mud? can you please advise where I can access the Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan Kind regards Gina Thompson
