Hedge taking upore than half of the road

This is causing safety issues. I have personally nearly had vehicles turning off caleb road onto green lane and nearly colliding and with one occasion the threat off violence from road rage as a direct result of the hedge taking up valuable road space and causing an obstruction. It is very dangerous.

  • This hedge is becoming a hazard. There is no footpath on Green Lane and someone may get injured by vehicles due to their view being obscured. The hedge contains brambles which is also dangerous to passing cyclists and pedestrians and is also scratching the paint work of passing cars. The owner who doesn't live at the piece of land and does not visit to maintain the land. A third of the road is now taken up by this hedge.
