Several potholes over 12 inch in diameter

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400040.

These potholes were repaired approximately 2 years ago and repaired. I reported then that I was concerned that the large vibrations will cause structural damage caused by fully ladened articulated lorry and tractor trailers hitting these potholes. These potholes are back and more of them and the situation is worsening, the large vibrations are back again and I am now noticing long cracks in our property end wall. Please sort these potholes once and for all. Thank you. Steve
