Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400056.
The footpath between Hawthorn Drive and Chestnut Close needs attention. The tarmac surface is virtually covered with leaves and plant debris. The sides have litter, tree stumps, weeds and briers. The trees are overhanging to face level in some points. At some point this will cause a trip hazard. It has been like this for over 2 years now. Think this needs an annual maintenance plan.
