Temporary traffic signals

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400409.

These lights have been there 24/7 for approaching a week. They serve only to allow Cadent work vans to park there, which is infrequently. Their digging work is on the verge beyond the pavement and the road. For the overwhelming percentage of the time, the lights, serve no purpose and are a significant inconvenience to residents. They should be in place only when necessary.
