Blockee drains

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400681.

We had heavy rain 3/07/21 the two drains between 5 and 4 lotus close are mostly blocked and the water quickly covered the whole road above the kerbs heights, this was only about half an hour off heavy rain.
