Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400723.
This is the second time I've reported this issue. It's an issue which could potentially cause cyclists to crash due to wheels tracking off line and unbalancing the rider. I'm an experience cyclist, and I ride relatively wide tyres (1.8") and the cracks have caused me to have more than a wobble or two; one occasion causing me to swerve into the path of a vehicle behind me. Less experienced cyclists or cyclist with narrower tyres may have a less favourable outcome.
