Access to millennium playing field blocked from Vulcan Crescent
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 400836.
Looks like someone has put up an unofficial but substantial barrier at the walkthrough between millennium playing field and Vulcan Crescent. It’s also been tarred around the top which would put anyone off touching it. Doesn’t look like something the council would have done.

The gate was erected by the committee for the Millennium playing field at the beginning of the first lockdown to deter people from gaining access to the area and leaving their cars in Vulcan and McMillan Ave, yes is a pain but keeps traffic away, leave it in place.
