Trip hazard/uneven surface problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4164044.

Damage to the footway. Concrete paving slabs. Some building work is being done at number 57 & a delivery lorry has broken the paving slab - sunken inwards. Dangerous trip hazard - especially for the elderly.
