Rutted and damaged grass verge and footpath

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401048.

Hello,this issue was raised in August 2019 and is just as bad now as it was then.The damage Is being caused by one resident(not an accusation,factual) who refuses to park opposite his house along with other residents.The council did come out to make some minor repairs I.e filled I the holes,but it was a very short length of time before it was back to normal.Apart from it being deliberate damage of public/council property, it is a significant trip hazard after dark when the street lighting no longer operates.

  • There is no obstruction issue or it would of been reported to the police 2 years ago. The verge has been significantly and deliberately damaged,which has caused deep ruts to appear,it has also created a corroding tarmac edge where the verge joins the pathway. Please inform me how no safety issue have been found, considering that the street is in total darkness at night. Deliberate damage of public property is being ignored, and there will be an injury caused due to this ongoing issue not being resolved. Please advise before I use this response as evidence when pursuing the matter further.
