We are sorry but we are not taking further action on this report. Based on the information provided an officer has carried out a site inspection. The trees/hedge referred to are in the boundary of the land that the new development has been built on. The developer has subsequently built fences on the housing plot side of the boundary however, the trees/hedge still remain as the boundary to each plot. As such each property is responsible for the maintenance of these. Thank you for reporting this matter.
