Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401345.

Foot path between Russel Ave. and Mendip Ave.North Hykeham Over grown with grass and nettles, virtually impassable and is a trip hazard for pedestrians. Has not been cut all year.
