4ft high weeds running the whole length of the road Glenside North, Lincolnshire PE11 3NW
Reported via mobile in the Noxious weeds category anonymously at 13:06, Tue 13 July 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401370.
The height of the weeds has been an eyesore for a few months now. I've also noticed trees are now hanging over too far and branches are starting to snap off into the river. You can't even see the River when walking or driving.
I live on Glenside North, I haven't been able to go walking as the weed pollen has been so high. This is affecting my mental health, as it makes me housebound, (I run my own online business from home). I have a medical condition which it is making worse.
Even with all the doors and windows closed I feel very ill because of the high pollen count. I am being made to feel trapped in my own personal lock down.
This is taking rewilding to far as it doesn't enhance the River at all.
Every other year previous the riverbank has been maintained, so I know it's the weeds being left to become so overgrown which is an issue for me.
