Yet another classic LCC failing to carry out works despite claiming ‘Works Complete’??? What has been completed? Photo attached clearly shows the grafiti remains evident and in full public view, if this was on a public building in the centre of Lincoln, I would guess it would last 24hrs before it was removed, why is this incident any different? Blatant lies only further reduces LCC credibility.

Council believes it has been fixed but no evidence of any attempt to remove the grafiti. Suggest if this was a Council Building in a prominent position in Lincoln, it would be removed within 24hrs. Why should a rural incident be treated differently???
