Tree and grass cutting
Reported via desktop in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 11:16, Monday 19 July 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401681.
Please can somone maintain the river path from Sleaford to the water mill. A kind person has trimed some ove the over grown trees back as it was impossible to walk the path with a pushchair, disabled chair etc. The grass and thistles are over 4feet tall so you cant even see the river or where the grass ends and the river starts. Its shuch a mess and this encourages litter and dog mess to be left. The river is in the same state and nothing seems to be done., does anyone ever check thes pathways. its such a shame to see it all in this state. Please pass this onto the correct department as it seems impossible to talk to anyone about it.

This fault will be fixed as part of our next cycle of works. We cut the grass three times a year and treat weeds twice a year between April and October.
