Not a timing issue....unable to see traffic light signals

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 401809.

4 way traffic lights on the main road in walcott...these are across a entrance to manor barn day nursery and when exiting it is impossible to see the signals of the lights and therefore not knowing when is safe to exit. This caused a very near accident today
