Uneven and cracked road surface opposite driveway and bedroom window causing unnecessary noise and vibration throughout the house increased by heavy goods traffic flow. My elderly and recently bereaved father being caused extra distress and anguish with this issue which has been ongoing for nearly 2 years.

  • Report number 401673, latest report states that problem fixed. problem still exists and report is incorrect the pavment is still cracked and is a possible trip hazard

  • We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
