Trip hazard/uneven surface problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4164769.

part of the path is missing. It is a square piece - approx 1ft across. Somebody put a traffic cone in it but it has now been removed. Dangerous trip hazard - especially in the dark.
