Walking through conduit carpark grantham, I tripped over this post cover that was sticking up over an itch and fell flat on my front causing numerous bruising and abrasions. The cover wasn't noticeable when looking straight ahead. On further examination by my husband we found the fiver was not in its resecces. We were both very shook up as I had to lie on the ground for sometime before being able to get up and as a cancer patient in remission I was concerned I'd really hurt myself
