Road cones been placed in road by member of public

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 402330.

Where the safety bollards are on the corner, someone has placed in the road large traffic cones, these are obstructing the road and also have no lights on, i and another car almost hit these last night.

They are not the small cones and are causing a hazard.
