Potholes along length of failing old reinstatement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 402472.

This trench has been reported before and piecemeal repairs have been made .Consider planing out whole length and reinstating properly.I have taken photos but they seemingly will not transfer from my I pad.
